Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A

What you will do

• Partner with sales, operations, and other business units to provide financial guidance and support business decisions.
• Perform variance analysis, forecasting, scenario modeling, and profitability assessments.
• Develop and track KPIs, operational drivers, and performance reports aligned with business objectives.
• Support annual budgeting and monthly or quarterly forecasting processes.
• Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive positioning.
• Use Power BI, Excel, and related analytics tools to automate reporting, build dashboards, and improve financial planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business partnering, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, profitability modeling, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, macros, and automation.
• Ability to develop complex financial models, perform scenario analysis, and translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, EPM, CRM, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, EPM Cloud, or similar reporting software.
• MBA, CFA, or CPA.
