Accounts Receivable

Location: Ontario, Canada

Salary: $38,000–$42,000 per year, with eligibility for a bonus or merit program

What you will do

• Communicate proactively with business units about problem accounts.
• Work with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
• Respond to customer and employee requests for information in a timely manner.
• Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and financial audit information and interact professionally with auditors.
• Prepare monthly invoicing reports and reconcile billable travel revenue with expense accounts.
• Reconcile other accounts as required.

Requirements

• Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, inquisitive, and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to handle high work volumes accurately during peak periods.
• Experience or capability in accounts receivable support, invoicing, collections coordination, and account reconciliation.
