Location: Honduras; remote, with availability during U.S. business hours
Company
is presenting a full-time accounting role for one of its clients.
What you will do
- Prepare and issue invoices, manage accounts receivable, monitor aging reports, and follow up on overdue balances.
- Confirm incoming payments, maintain transaction records, and support collection efforts.
- Monitor cash flow, payment schedules, banking activity, and treasury-related operations.
- Prepare financial summaries, operational reports, reconciliations, and documentation for audit readiness.
- Work extensively in QuickBooks and support migrations to modern accounting platforms.
- Identify inefficient workflows and improve invoicing, reporting, payment tracking, documentation, and accounting SOPs using automation and AI tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounting or financial operations experience.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, accounts receivable, invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with digital banking platforms, payment processing systems, and financial tracking workflows.
- Strong attention to detail, financial accuracy, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication and availability during U.S. business hours are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with accounting system migrations or accounting SOP development.
- Familiarity with automation or AI-assisted accounting workflows.
- Startup or high-growth company experience.
- Exposure to treasury operations, cash forecasting, or operational finance.
- Experience automating manual financial processes.
