What you will do

• Own the end-to-end collections activity for an assigned customer portfolio, executing dunning schedules and escalation paths.
• Conduct proactive customer outreach via email, phone, and video to secure on-time payments.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Billing, and Legal.
• Monitor AR aging, flag at-risk accounts, and provide collection forecasts for month-end close.
• Collaborate with Finance Systems to test and adopt new collections tools and workflow enhancements.
• Maintain detailed interaction notes and commitments within the ERP and Tesorio.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or an Invoice to Cash (I2C) function.
• Experience operating within a B2B SaaS company in a hypergrowth or rapidly scaling environment.
• Hands-on experience with collections tooling (e.g., Tesorio, HighRadius, Growfin) and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Workday).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional customer engagement.
• Ability to work from a US office at least 25% of the time.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience using AI agents in daily workflows to increase efficiency and quality.
• Familiarity with credit risk and credit management concepts.
• Experience contributing to automation or process improvement initiatives within I2C.
