Onsite Client Training Consultant (Auto/Mate DMS)

Location: Virtual US; 75% travel required, including on-site client training

What you will do

• Deliver on-site consultation and training during new Auto/Mate Enterprise Software installations.
• Advise dealership management on system setup, software usage, business processes, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
• Gather operational data from dealership management to support decision-making and reporting.
• Help customers create custom reports and dashboards for their reporting needs.
• Monitor progress and complete the on-site training plan during the installation week.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of dealership Fixed Operations experience, including Service department management, required.
• Strong experience delivering training and presentations in group and one-on-one settings.
• Excellent communication and phone communication skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time and provide on-site client support.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Nice to have

• 2–5 years of on-site implementation experience.
• Prior Auto/Mate DMS experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
