Service Advisor - Fixed Operations Consultant (Automotive)

What you will do

• Provide consulting services and customer support for Service Price Guides and Advanced Service products.
• Support dealership employees in using products that improve back-end dealership revenue.
• Perform custom implementations and diagnose product-related issues.
• Identify and promote sales opportunities.
• Deliver just-in-time consulting while coordinating with internal departments and dealership staff.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a dealership parts or service department, automotive repair or body shop, or automotive retail store.
• Relevant experience may include working as a Service Advisor, Technician, Warranty Administrator, or Parts Counterperson.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reynolds ERA/POWER experience is a plus.
