What you will do

• Identify suitable job openings by matching client qualifications with employer requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and develop employment, training, and alternative work opportunities.
• Support employers with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with case management staff to facilitate job placements and follow up with employers on service satisfaction.
• Organize job fairs, employer hiring events, and employer presentations for candidates.
• Monitor local labor market needs and communicate job placement opportunities to project staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, customer service, staffing, or recruiting.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, customer service, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Knowledge of local communities, resources, labor market trends, and workforce needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and current automobile insurance required.

Nice to have

• Sales or staffing experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
