What you will do

• Analyze business needs, define problem statements, and perform root cause analysis.
• Gather, elicit, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare and manage Epics and User Stories throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture business processes and objectives.
• Review test plans and manage defects from SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Support solution design discussions, impact assessments, and end-user training.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and creating Epics/User Stories.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.

Nice to have

• Experience within payments or financial services.
• Experience working with enterprise software products.
• Knowledge of UAT, SIT, and software testing processes.
• Experience delivering customer-facing products.
