What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, budget, and roadmap with stakeholders.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Coordinate business, engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver products on time and to quality standards.
• Plan, execute, and monitor banking, AI, and cultural transformation projects.
• Track product performance and user feedback to guide continuous improvements.
• Manage project risks, budgets, resources, timelines, and scope changes while reporting progress to senior management.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of product management and/or project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience managing projects from inception through completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• English at B2+ and French at B2+ required.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Understanding of AI, machine learning, or data analytics.
• PSPO, PSM, PMP, or equivalent certification.
• Banking or fintech experience and knowledge of financial regulations.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps frameworks.
