What you will do

• Own and manage product backlogs for digital financial services solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Agile engineering teams to support product delivery.
• Prioritize initiatives, make product decisions, and manage client expectations.
• Coordinate communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• More than 9 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a comparable position.
• Strong experience with product backlog management and Agile engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent French and professional English required.
• Comfort working with both business and technical stakeholders.
