Relationship Specialist (Automotive Finance)

Location: Must reside within the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma market and travel 50–75% within the assigned territory.

What you will do

• Build and strengthen relationships with current and prospective independent auto dealer customers.
• Provide financing support, manage customer accounts, and balance portfolio risk.
• Use CRM tools and work queues to understand customer needs and manage account activity.
• Grow the customer portfolio through new business development, promotions, product campaigns, and cross-platform partnerships.
• Assess business and risk situations, resolve dealer issues, and make decisions independently.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, dedicated transportation.
• Ability and willingness to travel 50–75% within the Oklahoma City market.
• Experience managing multiple tasks in a multifaceted environment while maintaining productivity and adaptability.
• Understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, use required mobile applications and software, and remain accountable for local business targets.

Nice to have

• Previous automotive industry or financial services experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, or Tableau.
• Spanish/English bilingual ability.
