What you will do

• Drive premium growth by educating agencies and forging strong partnerships.
• Execute regional business plans and provide feedback on products and the marketplace.
• Maintain existing books of business and write new business via production calls and virtual meetings.
• Conduct quarterly travel to visit agencies within assigned regions.
• Collaborate with underwriting and regional business development teams for agent onboarding and training.
• Prepare results reporting to ensure business planning targets are met.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable DMV Motor Vehicle Record.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of insurance experience preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hybrid schedule: minimum 3 days in office in Denver, CO.
