Infrastructure Engineering Professional

Location: Cheltenham, United Kingdom; on-site Monday to Friday during working hours. The role requires DV Security Clearance, and candidates must have lived in the UK for at least 10 years to obtain clearance.

What you will do

• Provide on-site IT support for colleagues and corporate services in Cheltenham.
• Resolve incidents and service requests in line with agreed service levels.
• Support end-user devices, workplace technology, and local IT infrastructure.
• Deploy and replace hardware and maintain asset management activities.
• Diagnose technical issues and escalate problems when appropriate.

Requirements

• Experience providing IT support in an enterprise or corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills across end-user devices and workplace technology.
• Experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications and services, including Office Suite and SCCM.
• Incident management, IT infrastructure, decision-making, troubleshooting, and IT security skills.
• DV Security Clearance is required, and candidates must have lived in the UK for at least 10 years to obtain it.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting users in secure or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and local infrastructure support.
• Experience with asset management and hardware deployment.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Desk or similar IT service management tools.
