Service Delivery Analyst

What you will do

• Deliver IT support to colleagues around the world through the global IT Service Desk.
• Own incidents and service requests from initial report through resolution.
• Collaborate with specialist IT teams to resolve issues and improve services.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of business applications and technology.
• Maintain service level expectations and contribute to process improvements, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience working in a Service Desk or IT support environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Exchange administration.
• Experience with hardware deployment, asset management, and ITIL.
• Experience supporting both local and remote users.
• Strong communication, ownership, initiative, collaboration, and continuous improvement skills.
