Account Opening & Maintenance Analyst (Financial Services)

Pay rate: $23 per hour, W-2 only

What you will do

• Review and process account opening requests in internal systems.
• Build client accounts and generate required documentation for delivery to clients.
• Coordinate business-requested operational tasks and work across multiple systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to resolve ongoing issues and answer policy questions.
• Identify unusual or suspicious activity, escalate issues appropriately, and support special projects.
• Log workflows and issue resolutions accurately while following quality, information security, and compliance procedures.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work flexibly and under pressure in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Business.
• Experience in financial services or operations.
• Experience applying business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities.
• Strong customer service orientation and self-directed work style.
