What you will do

• Review commercial loan and lease documentation for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal policies.
• Manage rewrite approvals, transfers, assumptions, contract unwinds, refunds, invoice reversals, and ownership changes.
• Coordinate with sales, credit, documentation, funding, legal, and compliance teams to resolve servicing conditions.
• Conduct outbound customer verification calls and document authentication and confirmation results in the servicing system.
• Request and track site inspections, follow up on outstanding reports, and clear post-booking stipulations.
• Research and resolve complex loan issues, including missing payments, disputed accounts, history requests, and servicing inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of banking, finance, or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in data entry, typing, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Strong organization, multitasking, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under limited supervision and follow established procedures.

Nice to have

• Accounting experience.
• Knowledge of commercial lease and loan structures.
