What you will do

  • Arrange hotel accommodation and transportation for hirify.global and external crew based on planned schedules.
  • Coordinate urgent travel arrangements during operational disruptions within a 72-hour operational window.
  • Support travel arrangements for other internal departments and external crew outside regular office hours.
  • Maintain communication with crew members, logistics teams, and operational departments.
  • Ensure accurate cost allocation and optimize booking costs by identifying economical positioning solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work 24/7 12-hour shifts.
  • Strong attention to detail, solution-oriented thinking, teamwork, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
