Purchasing Specialist

What you will do

• Manage IT equipment throughout its lifecycle, from sourcing and purchasing to deployment, repair, redeployment, and retirement.
• Follow up with vendors, update purchase tickets, and ensure timely delivery and satisfactory product quality.
• Track outstanding orders, purchase orders, and supply issues, reporting progress to the Engineering Procurement Lead.
• Purchase goods and services within the allocated budget.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory data.
• Assign equipment to employees and handle supplier credits for damaged or missing items.

Requirements

• Previous procurement experience with IT equipment is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Understanding of modern purchasing processes and systems.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Responsibility, integrity, and the ability to work independently.
