Commercial Order Processing (Automotive): Managing the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle for spare parts within the automotive powertrain sector with an accent on ERP accuracy, cross-functional coordination, and customer satisfaction. Focus on optimizing order lead times, maintaining master data in SAP/Dynamics, and ensuring on-time delivery of technical components.

Location: Must be based in Érd, Hungary (Hybrid / home office possibility)

Leading global research and development center specializing in powertrain systems for the automotive, construction, and ship industries.

What you will do

  • Process customer spare parts quotations and orders from entry to invoicing using ERP systems.
  • Coordinate technical and commercial details with Sales, Production, and Purchasing departments.
  • Monitor delivery deadlines and KPIs such as Order lead time and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
  • Manage order confirmations, delivery notes, and handle customer complaints or claims.
  • Maintain master data, including Installed Base and SAP master data.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to procure necessary spare parts.

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical education (e.g., Industrial Business Administration).
  • Experience in order processing or sales support, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of technical products, bills of materials (BOM), and technical drawings.
  • English: Fluency in spoken and written English required.
  • Location: Must be based in Hungary.
