What you will do

• Analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into system and process implementations.
• Define and optimize internal customs and foreign trade processes to ensure efficiency.
• Advise on new logistics routes considering international customs regulations and tax aspects.
• Act as the primary internal and external point of contact for customs and foreign trade topics.
• Manage communication with customs authorities and handle goods classification.
• Conduct customs cost analyses and contribute to strategic decision papers.

Requirements

• University degree with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience coordinating or working with customs-related IT systems.
• Very good command of English and German (both written and spoken) is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage conflicts with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Union-Customs-Code (UCC), preferential origin, and FTAs.
