is hiring for an import operations role focused on logistics coordination and customer service.
What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day Russian import processes and shipment operations.
- Prepare, verify, organize, and maintain import-related documentation.
- Track shipments, follow up on status updates, and resolve open issues.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, internal teams, customs stakeholders, and customers.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases and operational systems.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with documents and data.
- Strong organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, tasks, and deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken Armenian, Russian, and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
