What you will do

• Execute day-to-day procurement processes in alignment with NRC Logistics Handbooks and Ukrainian Procurement Standards.
• Manage the full tender cycle: updating ITB documents, publishing on platforms, organizing committee meetings, and drafting evaluation reports.
• Source bids and quotations, prepare requests for quotations (RFQs), and issue purchase orders.
• Maintain and update the Vendor Database and explore the development of Country Office level Framework Agreements (FWA).
• Coordinate with the Finance team for payment processing and ensure all supporting documentation is accurate and complete.
• Conduct regular market surveys to identify reliable suppliers and service providers.

Requirements

• Experience as a procurement officer within a humanitarian or recovery context, preferably in complex and volatile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• English proficiency (written and verbal) is required.
• Working knowledge of both Ukrainian and Russian languages (written and verbal) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and handle irregular hours in insecure environments.
