Store Manager (Wolt Market Qormi) (Grocery Retail)

Location: hirify.global Market store in Qormi, Malta; availability to work during daytime, evenings, and weekends is required.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the store team, including 2–4 Shift Leads.
• Manage daily store operations, including freshness, inventory, stock management, and incoming goods.
• Improve store operations and delivery speed in collaboration with the Operations Team.
• Hire and train employees, provide daily feedback, and conduct performance and development discussions.
• Manage shift schedules and coordinate with other hirify.global functions to maintain the right product selection.
• Monitor shrink and food waste, and manage store supplies, equipment, and operational resources.

Requirements

• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate others.
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work proactively in a service-oriented environment.
• Data-driven and analytical approach to improving operations.
• Ability to work during the day, evenings, and weekends.
• Fluent English is required.
