Global Quality Systems Engineer (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Execute internal and external audits against ISO9001 and IATF16949 requirements.
• Develop corporate quality systems, tools, and management-system processes.
• Lead internal audit programs and integrate sites into the hirify.global Management System and global quality systems.
• Evaluate quality-management best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage customer requirements and align cross-functional teams, manufacturing sites, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, operations, or science.
• At least 3 years of technical quality experience in semiconductors, electronics, or another high-demand industry, depending on educational credentials.
• Knowledge of manufacturing in the automotive or another demanding industry, plus semiconductor processes and products.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities, multicultural awareness, and an independent, hands-on approach.
• Excellent English and German required for international communication.

Nice to have

• Internal Auditor certification such as IATF 16949, ISO9001, or VDA 6.3.
• Knowledge of project management, data analysis, or system development.
