What you will do

• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams on automotive silicon development and qualification.
• Develop and support test solutions to meet target test times and cost standards.
• Execute characterization, sampling, and qualification processes for new products.
• Analyze and resolve production issues in partnership with Design, Applications, and Manufacturing teams.
• Support production test partners including FAB, foundry, and test houses.
• Drive continuous improvement in test costs while maintaining automotive zero-defect quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications, or Automation.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) for a global environment.
• Proven ability to handle NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.
• Strong synthesis, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to work effectively in a team.
