What you will do

• Configure monitoring logic, thresholds, and rules to distinguish true signals from noise and reduce false alarms.
• Collaborate with Process, Equipment, Manufacturing, and IT teams to align technical objectives and drive decisions.
• Leverage monitoring systems to provide actionable insights for quality improvement and yield enhancement.
• Ensure long-term project ownership and stable system operation for continuous manufacturing improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Electrical, or Electronics preferred).
• Within 2 years of working experience in a relative field.
• Strong ability to analyze process abnormalities and perform root cause analysis.
• English proficiency for reading technical documents, report writing, and communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with data analysis.
