Product Engineer (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Own assigned products as the technical lead for cost, quality, and related engineering aspects.
• Drive yield improvement, test time reduction, cost of non-quality reduction, and product quality improvements.
• Collaborate with business and manufacturing organizations to deliver manufacturable products and test solutions within target cost and time-to-market requirements.
• Resolve product-related manufacturing issues, define product flows, set up bills of materials, and manage non-conforming material disposition.
• Support root-cause analysis, test containment solutions, and 8D responses for customer application failures.
• Support fab, assembly, and test-center transfers, NPI characterization and qualification, and volume production ramp-up.

Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Physics.
• Knowledge and practical application of statistical analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate as a team member and drive projects to completion.
• Flexibility in work assignments, discipline, commitment, and strong career aspirations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of microcontroller or microprocessor fundamentals.
