Senior Product Engineer

Location: Caen, France. The role includes travel to company locations worldwide.

Develops secure connected-edge semiconductor solutions for smart devices, contactless payments, identification, access control, public transport, smart retail, and secure IoT applications.

What you will do

• Lead qualification and industrialization activities for new Wi-Fi products.
• Act as project manager for product engineering activities within a cross-functional team and report progress to the NPI project manager.
• Guarantee compliance of new products with specifications and quality targets.
• Define qualification flows and develop reliability tools for conformance with qualification standards.
• Assess product capability and robustness against volume and manufacturing-process variations.
• Analyze qualification results from automated test equipment and laboratory benches using high-volume statistical analysis to drive iterative product improvements.

Requirements

• BAC+5 degree in data science or electronics.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience and knowledge of semiconductor NPI bring-up and IC qualification.
• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, semiconductor physics, statistics, and methods for analyzing and solving complex problems.
• Experience developing and using hardware and software reliability solutions, including HTOL, ESD/LU, and BHAST execution and debugging.
• Knowledge of ATE, including Advantest and Teradyne.
• Experience with data analysis software such as PDF Exensio Yield, Optimal+, and JMP.
• Technical leadership in cross-functional teams, excellent communication and influencing skills, data-driven decision-making, ownership, and initiative.
• Ability to travel to company locations worldwide and a good level of English.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in Python, R, or C++.
• Experience with non-volatile or Flash memory technologies.
