Junior UX Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Support member experiences including Join, Onboarding, and Member Recognition & Rewards.
• Apply human-centered design methodologies, including the Double Diamond framework.
• Design intuitive mobile and digital experiences based on user insights.
• Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, synthesis, and insights generation.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and pen and paper.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Legal partners while participating in design critiques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design or a closely related human-centered field.
• Recent graduate or approximately 2–4 years of UX Design experience.
• Understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visual design, communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered and visual design capabilities; academic portfolio projects are acceptable.

Nice to have

• Experience designing native apps or Progressive Web Applications.
• Graphic design or motion design experience.
• Interest in emerging technologies and integrating AI into product experiences and design workflows.
