Senior Product Manager – Trading Platform (Fintech)

Location: On site in Westlake, TX; Austin, TX; Omaha, NE; Chicago, IL; Orlando, FL; or Raleigh, NC. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, and employer sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $105,600–$175,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Own a strategic Trading Platform domain and contribute to product vision, roadmap development, and investment prioritization.
• Lead backlog strategy, prioritization, requirements definition, and delivery across one or more Agile teams.
• Define and implement scalable trading capabilities for discretionary and advised investment solutions.
• Partner with architecture and engineering teams on API-first platform capabilities, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Investment Management stakeholders.
• Establish success metrics, manage delivery and regulatory risks, support production incidents, and drive release execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience owning complex digital or platform products.
• Strong trading domain knowledge, including order lifecycle, execution, allocations, compliance, and advisor or client trading workflows.
• Experience delivering products with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to AI-enabled features or data-driven product capabilities.
• Ability to lead without authority in a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, requirements-writing, user-story, and acceptance-criteria skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with wealth management, advisory, brokerage, or Order Management Systems.
• Experience building or modernizing API-driven platforms and integrations.
• Familiarity with large-scale transformation, legacy platform modernization, trade allocation, or rebalancing.
