What you will do

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Partner with senior management and Legal teams to establish HR policies and ensure compliance with UK employment law.
• Manage employee relations and provide resolution strategies for workplace matters.
• Oversee HR administration, records, and benefits management in collaboration with Finance and Legal.
• Lead and manage HR coordinators based in London and New York.
• Develop and optimize HR processes to support international expansion and company culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (2.1+).
• 6+ years of experience in an HR role, ideally within a fast-growing environment.
• Deep knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices is required.
• Understanding of non-UK employment laws and experience managing Employers of Record (EoR).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in London.
