Regional HR Manager (UK Operations)

Location: London, England; on-site

Salary: €70,000–€85,000 annually, plus potential equity; candidates outside the US receive a location-specific range from the recruiter.

What you will do

• Partner with UK Operations leaders to build organizational capability, leadership strength, and scalable People practices.
• Coach leaders through performance management, employee relations, organizational change, and daily leadership challenges.
• Identify operational and people risks and support timely, practical business decisions.
• Use workforce data and operational insight to guide staffing, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with UK People, Legal, Operations, and global Centers of Excellence to solve business challenges.
• Represent UK Operations within the broader People organization and improve scalable ways of working.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including work with fast-paced operational environments such as manufacturing, fulfillment, pharmacy, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and experience handling employee relations matters.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on complex organizational and people challenges.
• Experience building or scaling People practices, processes, or organizational capability.
• Strong influencing, relationship-building, business judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
