What you will do

• Lead strategic cross-divisional change initiatives across Asset & Wealth Management.
• Structure complex business challenges and technical issues into actionable solutions and measurable business benefits.
• Define and apply delivery methodologies, governance tools, business cases, and project scopes.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, implementations, and test execution throughout the initiative lifecycle.
• Influence senior stakeholders and collaborate with Deal Execution, Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in a comparable role.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving and data-gathering skills.
• Experience defining business cases and scopes, articulating risks and dependencies, producing status reports, and executing tests.
• Proven record of driving solution delivery and realizing business benefits.
• Extensive leadership experience in large-scale programs, including empowerment, transparency, situational awareness, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in senior-stakeholder interactions.
