Focus on conducting research, executing designs through internal review processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities.

What you will do
- Support UI/UX design and design research across Security, Profile, Recovery, and Member Lifecycle experiences.
- Follow Lead Designer direction while developing user-centered concepts with established design systems.
- Conduct and support research to validate concepts and ideas.
- Execute designs through internal review processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of UX Design experience.
- At least 4 years of Design Ideation experience.
- At least 4 years of Design Research experience.
- Experience creating new user experience concepts and validating them through research.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and working with design systems.
- Technical skills: Figma, JWM, and Zoom.
