UX Design Intern (Figma)

Location: Full-time, onsite work in the Cincinnati, Ohio office is required. Occasional work from home may be available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile interfaces.
• Prepare detailed, scalable visual design specifications throughout the design process.
• Apply Agile and Lean UX methodologies to design work.
• Research emerging design, technology, industry, and market trends.
• Support project planning and strategy while proposing evidence-based customer experience ideas.
• Collect user data and insights with a cross-functional software innovation and design team.

Requirements

• Available to work 40 hours per week in the Cincinnati, Ohio office.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Visual or Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Experience defining, developing, and documenting UX design and interaction requirements.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX activities, processes, and deliverables.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
