What you will do

• Contribute to end-to-end product design across digital channels for wealth management products.
• Conduct discovery, concept development, detailed design, and implementation activities.
• Translate complex problems into clear, intuitive, and impactful user experiences.
• Create prototypes and presentations that communicate context, priorities, and proposed solutions.
• Use data and customer insights to support design decisions and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and desired outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of industry experience in product design or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in human-centered design, including research, experience strategy, user flows, journey mapping, wireframing, information architecture, UX/UI, usability testing, and accessibility.
• Experience with Figma and design systems, plus an understanding of web standards, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Portfolio demonstrating product design work and contributions to product releases.
• Ability to balance business and user needs, manage multiple initiatives, adapt to changing priorities, and build relationships across stakeholder groups.
