Salary: $115,000–$158,500 per year

What you will do

• Process global wire payments through banking platforms and the Treasury Management System, including international transactions, FX settlements, and intercompany funding.
• Manage cash positions across major bank accounts, identify funding gaps, and reduce idle cash and bank fees.
• Support the full lifecycle of global bank accounts, including communications, KYC, approvals, user access, and regulatory compliance.
• Administer FIS Integrity, banking platforms, and payment approval systems, including user entitlements and issue resolution.
• Support quarter-end direct-method cash forecasting and analyze bank fees for discrepancies and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Contribute to treasury system expansion, workflow automation, and ERP/TMS migration initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated accuracy, sound judgment, self-direction, and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across organizational levels.
• Proficiency with enterprise systems and advanced Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently and communicate workload conflicts promptly.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, including debits, credits, journal entries, reconciliations, and cash flows to the general ledger.
• Experience with or exposure to banking and financial markets is preferred.
