Integrations Consultant (Workato)

Location: Hybrid work across Louisville, Colorado; Toronto, Canada; Vancouver, Canada; and Minneapolis, Minnesota. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States or Canada.

What you will do

• Design and build Workato recipes integrating hirify.global with ERP, finance, CRM, marketing, project-management, custom API, and data-warehouse systems.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to define integration requirements, data flows, and business logic.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable recipes with error handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Own integration delivery from scoping and development through testing, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• troubleshoot production integration issues with Customer Success and Support.
• Create reusable integration templates and contribute to Professional Services best practices, playbooks, and training.

Requirements

• 4+ years of integration or iPaaS implementation experience, including 2+ years of hands-on Workato experience.
• Demonstrated delivery of Workato projects for enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data flows across ERP, marketing, and CRM systems.
• Experience with at least two of SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Workfront.
• Ability to read and write JSON, work with REST APIs, and debug API calls.
• Fluent English and current full-time work authorization in the United States or Canada are required.

Nice to have

• Workato certification.
• Experience with marketing operations, MRM, or MPM platforms.
• Professional services or consulting background.
