Microsoft D365 Finance Lead Consultant

Location: Vancouver, Canada; other listed locations include Calgary, Toronto, Kitchener, and Edmonton.

Salary: CAD 93,000–170,100 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and governance.
• Lead solution architecture and functional areas from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Direct onshore and offshore implementation teams and coordinate with clients and internal support teams.
• Apply ERP implementation methodologies and business process expertise across finance and supply chain operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain implementation experience, or experience with previous versions.
• At least two full-lifecycle Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain implementations.
• Experience serving as a functional or technical lead for a Finance or Supply Chain implementation.
• Deep knowledge of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Plan to Produce processes.
• Understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles and methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in consumer products, retail, food and beverage, life sciences, industrial products, or government contracting.
• PMP certification or Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Supply Chain certifications.
• Microsoft D365 Power Platform implementation experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Degree in computer science, business, MIS, accounting, engineering, or a related field.
