EBS Practice Manager (Oracle E-Business Suite)

Location: Remote; based in the U.S. or Canada, with Dublin also listed as a remote location. Occasional client travel of 10–20% is required.

Salary: $135,000–$150,000 per year plus performance bonus and travel reimbursement.

What you will do

• Lead the Oracle EBS practice, including delivery, resource planning, utilization, profitability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop practice growth strategies, revenue targets, service offerings, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Manage client relationships, pre-sales activities, solution design, proposals, estimates, RFP responses, and presentations.
• Oversee Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, migrations, optimizations, and support projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop functional and technical consultants while strengthening Oracle partner alliances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite experience and 5+ years in leadership or practice management.
• Extensive experience leading Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support engagements.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture and functional areas including Financials, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Human Capital Management.
• Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams, project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Must be based in the U.S. or Canada; Dublin is also listed as a remote location.

Nice to have

• Oracle Cloud ERP migration or coexistence experience and Oracle certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, Forms, PL/SQL, Workflow, and personalization or customization tools.
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• PMP certification.
