Sage Intacct Designer (ERP)

Location: Fully remote, based in the United States, Canada, or South Africa; onsite travel may be required based on business and management needs.

What you will do

• Design, configure, and customize Sage Intacct for client financial and operational requirements.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, analytics, workflows, and automation.
• Gather requirements, identify process issues, and recommend scalable ERP solutions.
• Support data migration, system mapping, integrations, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
• Document configurations and workflows, train end users, and support ERP adoption.
• Coordinate with clients, internal ERP teams, and sales or account management teams to align delivery with scope and identify additional client value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Sage Intacct experience, including implementation and configuration of GL, AP/AR, Cash Management, Multi-Entity, and Reporting modules.
• Strong understanding of workflows, automation, API integrations, financial reporting, GAAP, and internal controls.
• Experience with end-to-end ERP implementations, data migration, system mapping, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues, solve analytical problems, document processes, and train users.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in Sage Intacct customization, reporting, and integrations.

Nice to have

• Sage Intacct or other relevant accounting certifications.
• Experience with SQL, scripting languages, or data integration tools.
