Field CTO (AI)

Location: Remote from England, Germany, Italy, Portugal, or Spain

Salary: €200,000–€286,000 OTE annually plus equity

What you will do

• Serve as the senior customer-facing technology advocate for strategic enterprise accounts and partnerships.
• Advise C-suite stakeholders on developer productivity, secure software supply chains, modernization, and AI-driven development.
• Partner with Sales leadership to shape technical strategy and executive messaging for complex opportunities.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, executive briefings, and partner engagements.
• Provide strategic customer feedback to Product and Engineering and influence roadmap priorities.
• Mentor Solutions Engineers and Technical Account Managers while developing reusable technical narratives and blueprints.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, including significant customer-facing or leadership experience.
• Experience in a Field CTO, Principal Architect, Distinguished Engineer, or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of modern application architectures, containers, developer platforms, software supply chain security, developer productivity, and AI/ML infrastructure.
• Experience with hirify.global, Kubernetes, container-native platforms, CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, and multi-cloud deployments.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, commercial, and business skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI or agentic tooling platforms.
• Background in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical evangelism.
• Thought leadership through conferences, blogs, or open-source contributions.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
