Salary: United States base pay ranges from $174,051–$227,233 in Zone C, $188,730–$246,398 in Zone B, and $209,700–$273,775 in Zone A per year.

What you will do

• Define and deliver the technical strategy for secure compute infrastructure for AI agents and untrusted workloads.
• Lead architecture and implementation of workload isolation, scheduling, lifecycle management, networking, policy enforcement, observability, and control-plane capabilities.
• Own ambiguous, cross-team initiatives from design and prioritization through launch, adoption, and measurable operational outcomes.
• Advance portable cloud-native execution across GCP and AWS while balancing platform consistency with regional and workload needs.
• Drive reliability, security, privacy, incident learning, performance, and cost efficiency for a tier-0 platform.
• Improve developer experience through self-service APIs, automation, paved paths, and clear platform contracts.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes platform architecture, agent infrastructure, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, low-latency compute infrastructure and cloud-native systems.
• Strong understanding of workload isolation, networking, scheduling, observability, policy enforcement, and control planes.
• Ability to make technical trade-offs across security, privacy, performance, scalability, portability, cost, and developer experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-team initiatives and remaining close to implementation and operational details.
• Must be located in a country where hirify.global has a legal entity.
