Location: Remote from Portugal; flexibility to travel within Portugal and approximately 25% travel required.

What you will do

• Partner with direct and channel sales teams throughout the enterprise sales process.
• Discover customer requirements and align hirify.global solutions with business and technical needs.
• Present product capabilities, business value, and competitive differentiators.
• Deliver product demonstrations and participate in onsite and remote Proof of Value evaluations.
• Coordinate RFP responses with the dedicated response team.
• Provide product enhancement feedback and collaborate with Product Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, and partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales within an enterprise B2B software company.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer discovery, and enterprise presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, directories, and modern SaaS architecture.
• Understanding of Identity Governance and Administration, identity management, user administration, and access management.
• Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English; residence in Portugal required.
• Preferred: 3+ years working with identity, governance, and access management solutions; a BA/BS or equivalent and 8 years of related experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with IT audits and regulatory frameworks including SOX, HIPAA, NERC-CIP, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Experience speaking at conferences or meetups and building technical collateral.
