Senior Solution Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and customers to identify strategic objectives and define success criteria for complex business challenges.
• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions to shape effective solution strategies.
• Design and recommend scalable customer experience strategies that align business outcomes with technical requirements.
• Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to communicate technical capabilities.
• Provide expert guidance on solution architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Mentor and support fellow Solutions Consultants through knowledge sharing and best practice development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or solution architecture.
• Demonstrated understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS platforms.
• Experience with customer experience, contact center, and AI-powered engagement solutions.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills for both business and technical audiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Occasional travel required (up to 25%).
