Senior Solution Consultant (AI)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic (Flexible); occasional travel of up to 25% is required.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and customers to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions, define success criteria, and shape solution strategies.
• Design scalable customer experience solutions aligned with business outcomes and technical requirements.
• Position hirify.global Cloud and AI-powered Experience Orchestration across self-service, employee experience, and customer engagement use cases.
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, workshops, proofs of concept, technical proposals, and RFx responses.
• Advise on solution architecture, integrations, APIs, data flows, security, implementation approaches, and mentor fellow Solutions Consultants.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, solution architecture, or a related customer-facing technology role.
• Experience with customer experience, contact center, and AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
• Understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS platforms.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and customer value.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, including executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
