Finance Data Analyst: Reporting and Master Data Management

What you will do

• Digitalize reporting data transformation and related team activities using Python, SQL, AppScript, Gemini/AI, and Skywise.
• Maintain and update master data for the Sites & Services Programme and FMRE function, including cost elements, programme structures, cost centers, CPNs, and access rights.
• Deliver monthly programme and function reporting, including Profit & Loss, detailed cost base, cost by nature, and cost by destination.
• Extract, validate, compile, and consolidate financial data from financial systems for function, programme, and divisional reporting.
• Coordinate with function and programme controllers, cost accounting, consolidation, and financial systems teams.
• Lead reporting improvements and new-tool initiatives, including SAP Analytics Cloud, and coordinate the annual reporting calendar.

Requirements

• Accounting and controlling background.
• Knowledge of SAP, IFRP, and ClicknBuy is highly recommended.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, AppScript, Gemini/AI, and Skywise is highly recommended.
• Strong coordination skills, including stakeholder follow-up and reporting delivery management.
• Continuous improvement mindset, best-practice sharing, willingness to support others, and team spirit.
• English is mandatory.
