What you will do
- Develop and maintain global guidelines for product and project cost calculations across Grid Technologies Service.
- Design and implement a global sales calculation methodology covering pricing logic across regions and business lines.
- Own post-calculation processes, validate standard rates, and maintain mark-ups for risk contingency and warranty provisions.
- Identify and track risks and opportunities, coordinating mitigation measures with project stakeholders.
- Establish reporting for Enterprise Risk Management to improve transparency and alignment across the business unit.
Requirements
- Commercial degree or comparable qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Industrial Engineering with a commercial focus.
- Hands-on experience in controlling, costing, or commercial project management, preferably with project execution experience.
- Strong analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to work globally.
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles, pricing logic, and risk management concepts.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and data tools such as Power BI.
- Fluent English is required; German or other languages are advantageous.
