Quality Engineer - WL/WF, BO

What you will do

• Support workforce and workload planning across three departments, aligning tasks and resources with departmental needs.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, statistics, and financial status communication.
• Maintain and optimize financial infrastructure, including folder structures, G-Site, SQCDP boards, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with controlling, VSM, project managers, Supply Chain Management, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare Statements of Work, manage Service Level Agreements, support procurement and office planning, and ensure accurate time booking.
• Drive governance, process improvement, quality initiatives, and ad hoc departmental support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with financial software and tools, including Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a detail-oriented and compliance-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel and contribute proactively with creative ideas and solutions.
