Master Data Finance Analyst (Finance Digitalization): Shaping finance governance, master data, applications, and reporting solutions for global subsidiary management with an accent on Participation Management, CISS, and finance process transformation. Location: Lisbon/Amadora, Portugal; hybrid working model with remote work permitted within Portugal

What you will do
- Shape governance and policies for subsidiary management across finance processes, systems, and data.
- Prepare global shareholding lists and ensure transparency across the participation landscape.
- Provide statutory and organizational master data to local ERP accounting systems and central closing systems such as Group Reporting and ADSTAR.
- Develop finance application architecture, processes, shareholder controlling instruments, and reporting solutions.
- Translate functional requirements into practical accounting solutions and coordinate implementation with Finance and IT stakeholders.
- Contribute to transformation initiatives involving acquisitions, reorganizations, and strategic projects.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in a specialist or systems-related finance environment.
- Hands-on experience in at least two areas: finance process engineering, accounting and reporting, finance IT system design and support, or finance application interfaces and data flows.
- Degree in business administration or industrial engineering.
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office, plus solid reporting and presentation skills.
- Professional English communication skills are required; German is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and cultures in an international business environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Siemens Participation Management and CISS.
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI.
- Experience with Snowflake.
- International environment experience.
