Commercial Finance Analyst / Senior Analyst (SaaS): Maintaining revenue and cost models, producing BU reporting, and building financial models for business cases with an accent on forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and commercial decision support. Focus on reconciling EPM data, modeling P&L and cash-flow impacts, tracking headcount and costs, and turning financial analysis into clear recommendations.

What you will do
- Maintain BU revenue forecasting and cost models, validate CARR, bookings, EPM, headcount, and functional cost inputs.
- Build monthly business review and quarterly planning packs with reconciled data, KPI tables, charts, and variance narratives.
- Prepare financial models for business cases, including P&L impact, cash flow, NPV, sensitivity analysis, risks, and alternative scenarios.
- Review headcount and purchase-order requests against approved budgets and maintain approval, cost, NRC, and ROI trackers.
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, pricing, new product launch analysis, and ad hoc commercial analyses.
- Translate financial data into clear decision implications for commercial and general management stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A, ideally in a SaaS, technology, or software environment.
- Experience owning analytical workstreams and delivering them from start to finish.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
- Confidence working with cost and revenue models, Excel, EPM, CRM, and BI tools; Salesforce experience is useful.
- Organised, proactive, independent, commercially minded, and able to communicate financial insights clearly.
- Ability to work within established processes while improving reporting and finance operations through automation and new tools.
